By accessing or using the 5indit mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including property seekers, vendors, and partners.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed to keep it accurate.

4. Services & Transactions

5indit provides a platform for connecting users with local vendors, properties, and services. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of any services offered by third parties on our platform.

All transactions between users and vendors are conducted directly. 5indit facilitates communication but is not a party to any transactions or agreements between users.

5. Messaging & Communication

Our built-in messaging system allows secure communication between users. You agree to use messaging responsibly and not to send spam, harassment, or inappropriate content.

5indit reserves the right to monitor and moderate messages to ensure compliance with our terms and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 5indit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5indit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed any fees paid to 5indit in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
