By accessing or using the 5indit mobile application or website ("Platform") in Nigeria, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Platform.
5indit is a multi-purpose local discovery platform that lets you find and list properties, connect and chat with vendors and other users, buy and sell cars, and book hotels and apartments. These terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, property owners, and others who access or use the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable Nigerian laws. You must not:
To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate. If you are a vendor or property owner, you must provide truthful information about your listings and business.
5indit is a discovery and connection platform. Property, car, hotel, and vendor listings are created by users and vendors. While we verify listings for authenticity, 5indit does not own, sell, or rent any of the properties, cars, or accommodations listed on the Platform.
Any booking or purchase is a transaction between you and the vendor or property owner. We reserve the right to accept or decline any listing, booking, or transaction at our discretion. Bookings are only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or app notification.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely.
5indit provides a built-in chat and messaging system to help you connect with vendors, property owners, and other users. You agree to use this system responsibly and respectfully.
Cancellation and refund policies for bookings, purchases, or services are set by the individual vendor or property owner. 5indit is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or disputes between users and vendors, but we provide reporting and support tools to help resolve them.
Please review the terms of the specific vendor or property owner before completing a transaction. If you experience a problem, contact our support team and we will assist where possible.
All content on the Platform — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 5indit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Nigeria. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Listings and content you upload remain yours, but you grant us a license to display and promote them on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, 5indit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or inability to access it, including damages arising from transactions, listings, or communications with other users or vendors.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to 5indit in the six months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
